This appetizer is quick to prepare // tasty & nutritious // a source of omega-3, vitamins & minerals

Ingredients (for about 6 bites)

100 g raw wild salmon
½ onion
¼ sheet of nori
½ avocado
1 tbsp curry (vegan) mayonnaise
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp lime juice
Little gem lettuce leaves
Microgreens

Method

Cut the salmon into small pieces. Finely chop the onion, slice the nori into thin strips, and dice the avocado into small cubes.
Combine everything in a bowl together with the vegan mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice.

Fill each little gem lettuce leaf with the mixture.

Garnish with microgreens and a larger piece of nori.
