Dormouse BV (Edward Pynaertkaai 87, 9000 Ghent, Belgium) is responsible for the processing of personal data belonging to its (current and potential) customers, suppliers, individuals applying for jobs and third parties (people linked to governments, lawyers etc.)
3.1 The personal data being collected by Zirtui depends on the relationship between you and the brand. For instance, data stored from clients differs from data stored from a potential employee.

- Information regarding your payments & orders: transaction numbers and other summarizing info (does not include data related to credit cards & bank accounts.

4.2. As a potential customer, you are not obligated to share any personal data. As a customer or supplier, providing personal data is either a legal or contractual obligation (for example, we need particular personal details to execute trusted tasks/orders) As an applicant, we need some personal details to check whether you can join our team. Concerning third parties, specific data is needed in order for us to fulfil contractual obligations.
- Where do we store your personal data?
5.1. Your personal data can be stored and processed in Belgium or in any other country of the European Economic Area (‘EEA”).
5.2. When you ask us to execute an order (example: registration of a brand or patent) outside of the EEA, we do need to transfer the needed personal data to a correspondent and/or government body outside of the EEA. Zirtui has taken the needed measures to keep your personal data safe, as well as to avoid invasion of privacy. We have a security policy in place that is being evaluated and updated regularly, relying on new technological evolutions and potential risks.
- How long do we store your personal data?
Your data is stored as long as necessary to achieve the ends pursued. They will be erased from our database as soon as they are no longer necessary for the ends pursued or if you validly exercise your right to erasure (while continuously respecting legal terms and conditions currently in place).
- Sharing of personal data?
9.1. Taking into account the purposes mentioned in point 4 above, we are sometimes required to share your data with third parties, so-called "recipients". Examples of these recipients include labs and entities that provide web hosting services or help to improve the diagnostic competencies of our Services. Likewise, we use an external payment provider (Mollie) for secure payments through our website.
Zirtui will not sell, rent or distribute or make your personal data commercially available to third parties, except as provided in this Privacy Policy, or where you have given your prior consent.
Zirtui has taken all legal and technical precautions to prevent unauthorized access and use of personal data. Zirtui guarantees a similar level of protection by enforcing contractual obligations on those appointed, that are similar to this Privacy Policy.
In case of total or partial reorganization or transfer of Zirtui's business whereby Zirtui reorganizes, transfers, assigns or in case Zirtui should be declared bankrupt, your personal data may be transferred to new entities or third parties. Zirtui will inform you in advance that it is transferring your personal data to a third party.

Right to access
If you can prove your identity, you have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data. Thus, you have the right to know the purposes of the processing, the categories of data concerned, the categories of recipients to whom the data are transmitted, the criteria used to determine the data retention period, and the rights that you can exercise on your data.

11 Applicable Law and Competent Court
This Privacy Policy is being governed, explained and enforced in accordance with the Belgian law which is exclusively applicable. The courts of Ghent have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that might arise from the interpretation or implementation of this Privacy Policy.
